At Spirit Mechanix, the well-being, privacy, and dignity of every person we work with come first. We are committed to serving our clients with honesty, compassion, discretion, and respect.
Confidentiality and Consent
All consultations, readings, investigations, and related services are held in strict confidence. We will not share a client’s personal information or experience without their permission, except when required by law.
No service will be performed without the informed consent of everyone directly involved.
Clear Fees and Honest Communication
All fees will be discussed before any paid service or reading begins. We will explain what we can offer, answer questions honestly, and avoid making promises we cannot support.
If we are unable to provide the help someone needs, we will make a sincere effort to refer them to a more appropriate person or resource.
Scope of Our Services
Spirit Mechanix team members are not licensed therapists, physicians, attorneys, or financial professionals. Our guidance is based on personal experience, spiritual practice, research, education, and mentorship.
Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, emergency assistance, or other professional support.
Responsible Readings
Readings reflect the circumstances, choices, and possibilities present at the time they are given. Outcomes may change as decisions are made and circumstances evolve.
We do not provide lottery numbers, predict specific dates or times of death, or answer questions intended to diagnose pregnancy or medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline questions or services that we believe would be harmful, unethical, or outside our scope.
Age Requirements
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
A parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent before we offer services to anyone under the age of 18.
Respect for Every Path
We welcome people from all spiritual traditions, faiths, cultures, identities, and backgrounds. We will not impose our personal beliefs on anyone or pressure a client to adopt a particular spiritual worldview.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or other personal characteristics. We strive to provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Integrity Before Sensationalism
We do not assume that every unexplained experience is paranormal. We approach each situation with curiosity, care, and a willingness to consider natural, environmental, psychological, historical, and spiritual possibilities.
If we do not know an answer, we will say so. If the available information does not support a paranormal explanation, we will be honest about that as well.
Mutual Respect
Questions and respectful skepticism are always welcome. Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, or deliberate disruption will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to end an interaction or decline service when necessary to protect our team, our clients, or the integrity of our work.
Our commitment is simple: people come first, consent matters, and every person deserves to be treated with honesty, compassion, and respect.
